I know we just came through the season of thankfulness, but gratitude is something we should never stop feeling. A grateful heart is amazing for creating a feeling of peace in a busy world.
My suggestion for our first day is to take just 5 minutes and write down, or record on your phone, or simply share with a friend, 3 things you are grateful for. If you record them in some way, you can come back to them in a particularly difficult time and remind yourself of the wonderful things in your life and you will feel better in no time.
