This is an incredibly easy recipe for a relaxing, detoxing bath. Ready for a spa day? or maybe a spa hour? Yes, I know how hard it is to take a day for yourself so take whatever you can and recharge.
The main ingredient in this is Epsom Salts. Epsom salts are amazing for relieving tension, supporting healthy circulation, and soothing uncomfortable joints and feet. Plus, who doesn’t love a good relax in a bath.
Baking Soda is added to neutralize any harsh stuff in your water. We live in a city with hard water so I would definitely add this but if you have a softener or whole house filter, leave the baking soda out.
The final ingredient gives this soak added benefits of relaxation, mood support, and cleansing. Bergamot Essential Oil also smells SO GOOD!
- Pour contents into hot bath water and soak for 20 minutes. Try to cover your entire body up to your neck.
- Once you get out of bath, avoid eating anything for 20 minutes and drink plenty of cold water.
